Contest Rules (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
1. GRAND PRIZE DRAW - (1 Winner Only): 1(One) random Grand Prize
draw winner will receive 1 Dinner
from each
of the above listed Burlington, Ontario restaurants. Draw to be held
June 1st, 2005 at the operations of Smartflyer.ca. Draw can only be
won by a current subscriber, at the time of the draw, to
Smartflyer.ca. A dinner is defined as $50 worth of gift certificates
to a single restaurant. Grand Prize not to exceed a total value of
$600 and not to exceed $50 for any single restaurant. All standard
applicable rules and policies apply to a specific restaurant’s gift
certificate.
If this individual cannot be contacted within a 7 day period, the
draw will be re-held under the preceding guidelines.
2. "TELL-A-FRIEND" PRIZE DRAW #1 (1 Winner Only): 1(One) Tell-a-Friend
Prize Draw #1 winner will receive one $50 Gift Certificate from each of Mediterraneo, Jake's Grill and Oyster House, Philthy McNasty's and
Zarcone’s Italian Eatery. Random draw to be held June 1st 2005 at
the operations of Smartflyer.ca. The "tell-a-friend" winners will be
the first identified referrer a random draw of Smartflyer.ca
subscribers. Smartflyer will make the best efforts to contact the
"TELL-A-FRIEND" winner. If this individual cannot be contacted
within a 7 day period, the draw will be re-held under the preceding
guidelines.
2b. "TELL-A-FRIEND" PRIZE DRAW #2 (1 Winner Only): 1(One) Tell-a-Friend
Prize Draw #2 winner will receive one $50 Gift Certificate
from Artful to be applied to a custom framing, a FREE groom for your
dog (Approximate Value $40-70) and Summer Ballroom Dancing Lessons
"For Absolute Beginners Only" from Danscape (Approximate Value
$120), Random draw to be held June 1st 2005 at
the operations of Smartflyer.ca. The "tell-a-friend" winners will be
the first identified referrer a random draw of Smartflyer.ca
subscribers. Smartflyer will make the best efforts to contact the
"TELL-A-FRIEND" winner. If this individual cannot be contacted
within a 7 day period, the draw will be re-held under the preceding
guidelines.
3. Subscribers are eligible to Win both of the above 2
prizes. Email address used to become a Smartflyer member must be
"owned" by the person who has signed up. Identification will be
required to match subscriber profile.
4. You understand that to be eligible to win the GRAND PRIZE DRAW,
that you must be a subscriber to Smartflyer.ca
Burlington eflyer service as at June 1st, 2005 where you will
receive savings offers and local community information through the
email address you have provided. Smartflyer “local” eflyers are
currently sent at a maximum of 4 times per month. Smartflyer
"national" eflyers are currently sent at a maximum of 4 times per
month. Our company takes great pride in our ability not to overwhelm
the consumer.
5. Please Note: As a subscriber you will always be eligible to
receive our eflyers that contain great local merchant savings. In
addition, subscribers are always eligible for the Smartflyer City
draws which are held often.

6. **Smartflyer will not sell, share or distribute any
specific Smartflyer member contact information to any local merchant
or otherwise. Smartflyer's business is to send only 100% permission
based eflyers with real and valuable savings offers. We send only
eflyers that are requested by the subscriber. Any loss of trust
would seriously jeopardize our business. Our respect for our
subscribers is paramount. Members can choose to unsubscribe at any
time. Should a member unsubscribe, Smartflyer will no longer hold
any un-subscriber’s information.
